Every single piece is handmade therefore delivery times may vary. As soon as your order is placed you will receive an email regarding your delivery information.

All deliveries are sent with Insured Austrian Post inclusive of tracking number. As soon as the order is shipped you will receive a parcel tracking number. If you wish to receive your order for a specific date or in a rush please don't hesitate to ask, we will always try to oblige. But of course it is always better to order well in advance especially around the Christmas season.

We cannot accept liability if the goods do not arrive within the delivery times stated. Sometimes I take a break, in such a case you will be notified of any delays.
