Ethopian Opal was formed many million years ago but just recently discovered!
In the veins of Volcanic rock high up in the Ethiopian mountains you can find this rare but beautiful Gem.
The internal structure of precious opal makes it diffract light; depending on the conditions in which it formed it can take on many colours. Precious opal ranges from clear through white, grey, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, magenta, rose, pink, slate, olive, brown, and black. Of these hues, the reds against black are the most rare, whereas white and greens are the most common. It varies in optical density from opaque to semi-transparent.
100% RECYCLED GOLD AND SILVER
Its time to mine less and recycle more!!
Our Silver and Gold is recycled from scrap jewellery here in Austria.
Recycling precious metal does not effect the quality of the metal! Impurities are burned off and the metal is again pure and ready to be alloyed. The finished piece is stamped according with European Hallmark laws.
Hallmarking is your guarantee of quality. Each piece of jewellery is both with its alloy and stamped with Josh O' Shea's official hallmark stamp.
